Dr. Tarun Sen, Professor Emeritus and Managing Director

He was an Associate Dean and Professor responsible for the Pamplin College of Business Graduate, MBA, and International Programs for Virginia Tech. Professor Sen now leads the Design and Development of Programs in Data Analytics for Outreach and International Affairs that are currently being offered in India and Newport News, VA.
Dr. Cyril R. Clarke, Executive Vice President and Provost of Virginia Tech

A veterinarian, clinical pharmacologist, teacher, researcher, and academic leader, Dr. Cyril R. Clarke became the Executive Vice President and Provost of Virginia Tech in January, 2019, after serving in an interim capacity since November, 2017.
Clarke has held leadership positions in several professional organizations, including the board of directors for the Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges and past president of the American College of Veterinary Clinical Pharmacology. He is also a past member of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, Education, and Economics Advisory Board and the AVMA Council on Education, the accrediting agency for veterinary medical education in North America.
Dr. Guru Ghosh, Vice President
Outreach and International Affairs, Virginia Tech.
Spearheads the implementation of the University’s International Education and Research Programs and oversees the University’s outreach and engagement centers in the US and abroad. Dr. Ghosh facilitates the exchange of knowledge between the university and the global community benefiting both the University and society. He leads the University’s strategic global efforts by engaging faculty and students to share the best of Virginia Tech by working alongside communities across the commonwealth and the world.
